At Cablike, a management fee is charged when booking our VIP transfer services to or from the Aeropuerto AGP Málaga. This fee covers the costs of planning and monitoring each journey through our AI-powered platform. It’s important to note that Cablike exclusively offers transfers to or from the Aeropuerto AGP Málaga, and we do not provide other types of transportation services outside of this scope.

Fee Application

When booking with Cablike, the client will pay a management fee for each requested transfer (either one-way or round trip), provided that the transfer has the Aeropuerto AGP Málaga as its origin or destination. This fee will be deducted from the total fare paid to the driver at the end of the journey.

Round Trip Reservations:

  • If the client has booked both an inbound and outbound transfer and has paid two management fees, each fee will be deducted at the end of the respective journey, as long as both transfers include the Aeropuerto AGP Málaga as the origin or destination.
  • If the client benefits from a special offer (e.g., a 2×1 promotion), where only one fee is charged, this fee will be deducted only from the final transfer, as no fee was charged for the first one.

No Refund Policy

The management fee is non-refundable. From the moment the booking is confirmed, the Cablike system begins managing the customer’s transfer experience, which involves vehicle booking, real-time monitoring, and personalized assistance via our AI platform. A refund will only be considered in cases where Cablike fails to meet its commitments, such as the taxi not being available at the scheduled time.

Validity of the Fee

The client has 365 calendar days from the date of booking to use the transfer service. This means that before the 365 days expire, the client must have completed all transfers booked to or from the Aeropuerto AGP Málaga. If the client does not confirm travel dates and does not use the service within this period, the management fee will expire, and a new booking with the corresponding fee will be required.

Exceptions and Liability

The client is entitled to modify their reservation or request adjustments up to 24 hours before the transfer, subject to service availability. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled transfer to avoid additional charges. Cablike is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as flight changes or adverse weather conditions.

Important: Cablike exclusively provides transfers with the Aeropuerto AGP Málaga as the origin or destination. We do not offer any other transportation services beyond this scope.
